London CITIZENS is a powerful grassroots charity working with local people for local people. Our goal is social, economic and environmental justice. We meet that goal by training people of all ages, faiths and backgrounds to take action together for change. Our dynamic campaigns have secured many victories for the people of London. Beginning our journey twelve years ago as TELCO, our membership today includes over one hundred civil society organisations across the city.

ANTI-USURY CAMPAIGN LAUNCHED AT CITY OF LONDON ASSEMBLY

The Conservative shadow treasury minister Greg Hands promised last night to cap the interest rates charged by store cards, and to consider restricting lending on “other financial products with egregious interest rates”.

	London Citizens Five Day National Training: Monday 22nd-26th February 2010 at Felden Training & Conference Centre - Hemel Hempstead This training is free of charge to members of member communities. 	One to one Campaign:June/July 2009 London Citizens Staff and Leaders undertake a project to conduct 1,000 one to ones during the month of June and July, in order to strengthen the relational culture and power base of the organisation.
